I really looked forward to the Friday night class!
I was completely new to yoga when I joined the class but I was looking for something that would help me stay fit as I was not sure what was safe for me to be doing in the gym on my own. Dani was a huge help and not only did I learn exercises that I could do but I also learnt lots about pregnancy in general by speaking to Dani and the other mums-to-be. I really looked forward to the Friday night class as it was a great way to destress and wind down after a week at work. Now baby is here, I miss its much! Thank you Dani. ~ Katherine
